Here are 5 steps to get started with your own home business:

1. Register Your Business

You'd need to officially register your business in most countries to do business legally. Go to your local authorities to get your business registered.

2. Get A Domain Name

Register a domain name for your main business website. Some great deals can be gotten from Namecheap and Wild West Domains.

3. Get Web Hosting

This is something you don't want to save on. Go for professional hosting. Never use free hosting services as they are usually unreliable. The web host I use is Vexxhost. Another one that many Internet marketers recommend is HostGator.

4. Create/Oursource Products

Now it's time to create or outsource the products for your business. My recommendation is in selling digital products because they are easy and inexpensive to create. An example of a digital product would be an ebook!

5. Build Your Website

Now it's time to create some websites. Observe other websites in your niche and see how they are designed. Try to pick up proven design principles and implement them on your own website.
