Here's one question I got asked by my subscriber recently...
- I am a 15 years old student from India. I realize you also started out like me. I have a domain name and hosting.
I have no cash to spend online. I am trying to set up a mini site.
I have signed up for a free auto responder and I have lots of master resell right products which I got for free.
Can you please give me some tips on starting my online business?
Here's my answer...
The formula to get started with an online business is really simple. If you think about it, you will have to focus in developing just 3 components to set up your online business...
1. Create or get quality products to sell in your niche.
2. Write emails to sell your products.
3. Drive massive traffic to your website.
Let us evaluate these 3 steps in detail...
1. Create or get quality products to sell in your niche.
If you have got many master resell right products in your niche, combine them into packages, write your own sales letter for the new package you have created and you have your own product to sell.
It is important that you create your own unique identity if you are focusing in selling a PLR or master resell right product.
Write your own sales letter and have your own website, do not use the site or sales letter that is given by the master resell right owner.
2. Write emails to sell your products.
Create quality content similar to this one I am giving you right now. Write quality content emails and then focus in selling your products in your email.
In fact you should recommend your products in your email combining them with quality content.
I don't recommend using a free auto responder as most of them are free for a reason. Grab hold of a quality auto responder service as this is the most important tool that you should have to set up your internet business.
Load your emails in your auto responder system and your emails will automatically sell your products.
Your website should have a squeeze page and you will drive all your traffic to it. Don't distract your visitors with anything, give them something for free on your squeeze page and build your list.
3. Drive massive traffic to your website.
I personally use article marketing to drive traffic to my website for 2 main reasons...
a. Article traffic converts as I get the highest quality traffic.
b. Articles drive long-term traffic to my website.
As a side bonus I even get links to my site that helps me in getting top rankings in the search engines.
