Here's what I do to get my articles written super quickly (often in 15 minutes or less) and also have them to be superbly informative and entertaining at the same time: I borrow books. That's right. Whenever I want to write a bunch of articles on a topic I don't know much about, I borrow a book or two on that topic.
Now, the Internet is a great place to do research for article writing. But it's a more convoluted place. The information in a book is neatly packaged and that makes it easier to do article research. All I need to do is flip to a chapter, spend a few minutes reading it, absorb the information, and write the article.
If you don't have the time to write articles, then article directories themselves are great places to do research. Most article directories have a search function that you can use to find the topics you want. Be sure though not to plagiarize the content; read a few articles on the same topic and then write a brand new article from scratch. Plagiarism is serious business and could get you in legal trouble.
I don't use any speech recognition software or anything like that, which some people use. I just use Microsoft Word to type out my articles the so-called traditional way. If you can type fast, and if you have done a little research, you can churn out articles in 15 minutes or less. Like everything else, it takes some practice before it comes naturally to you!
