When the thought of starting an Internet business full-time came across your mind, you probably had the dream lifestyle in mind. No more commutes, no more alarm clocks, no more office politics and no more naggy bosses. Well that is possible. But reality does sink in for some people.

If you don't like designing graphics or doing Javascript work, then don't. Hire someone else to do it. This will save you a ton of time to do the things you are good at. And your business prospers because of this.

If you don't like shipping out products and having to replenish your inventory every few months, then sell digital products like ebooks and software. These products are 'inexhaustible' and they can be automatically sent to your customer after payment. That's automation that allows you to live your dream lifestyle instead of being tied down to your Internet business.

So, outsource what you are weak at and automate your business as much as possible.
