What's your 'action trigger'? My action trigger is when I think of going back to a day job, having my schedule decided my someone else, being unable to take an off day as and when I like, and having my income tied to an invisible leash. That's my action trigger; the fear of going back to a day job.

Find out what your action trigger is. This thought should fire you up to take huge, massive action almost everyday to propel you towards your goals. Find out what lights a fire inside of you. What gets you passionate and ready to face any task in your business? Find out what you dislike the most. Ask yourself what you would love having the most. Maybe it's that new car you had been eyeing the showroom, or that new house you want to buy for yourself.

This is powerful stuff when you put it into action. It will immediately put you in a state of being highly productive and immediately eliminate any inability to get motivated! You'll be so fired up to take massive action that nothing will stop you.

This is also a powerful method to stave off procrastination and distractions. Whenever you feel like doing something else when you know you should be building your business, fire up your action trigger and you'll immediately be in the zone again, ready to take on your challenges. I'm not saying don't get any downtime at all. Get some downtime, but when it's time to 'work' on your business, work. Get extremely motivated and just go and do it, just like Nike says.
