Here's how I build a massive list in the shortest time possible: I unleash a flood of short, informative articles on the web. Whenever I launch a new website, this is what I do. I get as many articles out there as I can. I either write them myself or I hire a writer to do it for as little as three dollars per article.

Why does this strategy work? People go on the Internet to look first and foremost for content. And articles form a main part of all of the content online (although videos are starting to gain in massive popularity).

I work this strategy by submitting my articles to some of the most popular article directories on the Internet. These directories receive hundreds of thousands of visitors each and every day and that's a lot of traffic to tap on.

Your articles are also viral marketing machines. Publishers can reprint the articles you submit as long as they keep your resource box (which will have a link to your website). This allows you to spread your reach across the Internet really quickly. That's why I call them viral marketing machines.
