Negative influences can really be a huge psychological burden on your entrepreneurial shoulders. It's not uncommon for entrepreneurs to face persistent discouragement from peers and family. However, those who succeed are able to brush this aside like dandruff on their shoulders.

Have your ever had your friends or your family tell you to stop dreaming about starting a successful business, that business is 'risky' (it only is if you are not 'in the know' about things), and that you should just go and find a job? Do you let them get you down? I was once in this situation too, but now I just show them the paychecks and that quiets them down.

Frankly, most people haven't got a clue what it takes to start a successful business. Most people don't know a thing about doing business offline, home business or how to market products online. Yet they're saying it won't work for you. Well, how do they know? They don't have a clue about it!

Most people only know one thing - and that is to go to a job, work grueling hours, and wait for their pay at the end of the month. Many people are in dead-end jobs (maybe even your friends or family members) and here they are dishing you advice about what to do with your life and your business.

Respect their opinions, but don't let them get you down. Keep striving on to achieve your goals. They are yours and yours alone. It's your life - so take a stand, make a decision, and take massive action towards your goals. And don't ever let anyone stop you!
