How to Recruit Other Network Marketers into Your Business: 3 Stupid Simple Tips!

Do you know why so many people fail in network marketing? Besides the fact that most people give up to soon (or are simply lazy), the other reason so many people fail is because they are not recruiting the right kind of people for their MLM opportunity. If you want to learn how to grow your MLM business the right way, then you must focus on recruiting other network marketers that can produce RESULTS and grow your business.
Here are 3 easy tips to doing just that:
1. Understand some people will say no. What? Really Matt that is your advice? I know this seems obvious, but as human beings many of us fear rejection, thinking that if one person does not want what we have to offer, then no one will. I could write an entire article on why some people are not interested in network marketing, but it goes beyond the scope of this conversation. The main thing that I want you to realize is that in order to recruit other network marketers into your opportunity you need to be aggressive, and talk with a lot of people (my system below will show you how to talk only with warm, buyer leads).
2. Let other network marketers know that you plan on helping them build their team with your company. Many network marketers simply don't want to join another company because they feel as if they will need to build another team on their own for scratch. If you are generating 20+ leads per day, don't you think that you could help them build their own team? You need to sell existing network marketers on the concept that you will do the heavy lifting for them (this is easy with a large, consistent flow of leads).
3. Offer to give them leads...free of charge. You want to build your downline right? If you know that someone will be able to produce in your company, entice them with 50-100 free, exclusive leads that you have generated yourself. This is an out of the box method, but existing network marketers know the value of high-quality, exclusive leads & they may join your company just to get the opportunity to build business relationships with an additional 50-100 people.
