Tip Outrageous List Building - A Strategy That Does Actually Work

I used to be every hands off with my list building, bearing in mind that you are supposed to establish a good relationship with your list builders.

But recently I heard how other marketers are doing it and saw it first hand while on someone else's list.

Daily Offer Blasting

That's right, there are some marketers who literally blast you with promotions every single day.

I guess it works because people like me tend to never subscribe from lists and just stay on them and occasionally read them and don't really mind.

Those who get annoyed probably will unsubscribe anyway.

There may be some who hit the "Spam" button which registers a complaint to the autoresponder and that is the danger with this technique. One way around it is to have a prominent paragraph at the beginning of every email with easy unsubscribe instructions.

I have no doubt that this works. One of the marketers I know who does this went full-time in around 6 to 9 months simply by building a business and promoting it aggressively like this.

Include Links In Your Email

Whether you use this strategy or another, something important to remember is to put links in all or most of your emails.

Why?

Because if you put long content into emails and only put links when you want to promote something, then it will look out of place.

Paradoxically, people can actually get more annoyed when this happens compared to you just sending them a link in every single email! Go figure!

So be sure to link often in your emails and get people used to clicking - whether for free stuff, content or promotions. The more used to it they are, the more often they will see those offers when you do send them.
