Are you trying to get more traffic to your website? If you are, then I have some good news. Advertising your website doesn't have to be difficult. That's right, it's not difficult once you follow a system. If you are scattering your efforts everywhere, you will not get the traffic you desire. So here's your online advertising plan boiled down in just 3 easy surefire steps:

Step #1: Choose 3 traffic generation avenues

Choose 3 places to generate traffic in. Find the 3 best options and run with them. Here's what I personally do to drive traffic to my websites: article marketing, ezine ads and forum marketing. All 3 are highly effective in getting fast traffic to your website. In the case of article marketing (submitting articles to article banks), the traffic is long-term too. What you do today brings results the day after, weeks after and even years after.

Step #2: Create a 'work plan'

If you want to make your traffic generation efforts count, you have to have a 'work plan'. Yes, despite what many "gurus" say, there is work involved in Internet marketing! You have to put in the elbow grease to make it work. If you work a day job, maybe you can set aside a set time each night to work on your business. If you are working full-time on your business, maybe you can set aside 5-8 hours a day of solid work.

Step #3: Track your results

Testing is one of the fundamentals of marketing. Find out what works, and do it again and again! That guarantees success. So if you find that forum marketing is bringing you results, go ahead and post more informative posts on forums and get traffic through your signature file.
