I have experimented with a good number of traffic sources, and have seen a number of them that do not convert squat or make you any money.
These ones are:
Adf.ly Traffic: Though you may get subscribers for as cheap as 10 cents here, this traffic is very hard to convert, and they usually get you into trouble with their numerous spam complaints.
Safelists: You’d get much more valuable subscribers spending your time in 3-5 top forums in your niche than with safelists. You should avoid wasting your time with these.
Traffic exchanges: This is also like safelists, where you get credits for viewing other people’s websites. A complete time waster.
