4. You can also pay for a monthly auto-responder fee so that you can add a form on your site and have people subscribe to your newsletter. Your newsletter will do the pre-selling for you on auto-pilot and telling the potential customer all about the product.
I think it is like $29.99 per month with a company like Getresponse.com which I totally recommend.
5. After your site is ready and you are pretty much ready to promote it, I suggest that you start advertising your site on Google and Yahoo. This will cost you money too but this is a must. Just make sure that you set your daily budget on how much you are willing to pay every day and that you are not over spending.
For other types of businesses online, their may be other fees associated with that business so you must be willing to spend money if you want to earn money on the web.
