Why Does Network Marketing, Not Affiliate Programs, Work So Well For So Many People

Everywhere you go online in the home business niche you see people tell you that if you want to make money online, the best way to do it is to sell other people's products for a commission (Affiliate programs).

OK, that's cool. That is how I started online and made money with.

2 problems with this approach:

1. Many programs pay you once so you have to keep a consistent flow of new sales coming in for you to continue earning money. Just like a JOB, when you stop advertising, the income stops too because you are earning linear income.

2. Who is making the most money and becoming RICH online with their own business? The product owner. He or she will be making $100's and even $1000's every day by having many affiliates (100's of them) like you and me promoting for them.

Now, let's look at 2 MAJOR benefits of building a business online with the network marketing approach:

1. Everyone knows that in the MLM/network marketing niche everyone pays some sort of a monthly membership fee to stay at "active" member or distributor. So when you bring in these people, you get paid a monthly residual income.

2. This is very important to your online business success. What I love about network marketing is that you only need to bring in a few serious people in the course of let's say a year to make a very lucrative income with your business in the long term. Imagine when you bring in 5 key people and they bring 5 too so then you have 25 people. Let's say that they all bring in 3, and those 3 bring in 3, and so on.

You are pretty much creating duplication and your team is recruiting an army of affiliates. This is the beauty of this industry. You get paid for leverage and duplication. With regular affiliate programs you don't have that.

That is one of the reasons why so many people are still struggling to make any real money online. They focus on the WRONG programs. I did that myself. You can get a whole lot better results online with the same efforts when you promote your MLM opportunity to others.
