Check your email three times a day - four times tops. Morning, mid-morning, afternoon and night should be sufficient unless you are waiting on something of unique importance. If you have Microsoft Outlook installed as your email client, designate a separate folder for your eBay mails. You can even set up alerts so that when you check your email, you will be notified of auction-related emails.
