The Secret To Speedy Product Creation is Focus

You need to remain 100% focused when creating your product and have your main ideas down as quickly as possible. Don't strive for perfection, aim for speed. If you're creating an ebook, get the first draft done as quickly as possible. You can always go back and edit later.
I used to suck at this and it would take me weeks to write an ebook because I kept stopping and editing. Now, I can bang one out in a few hours because I force myself to write the first draft as fast as I can. Then I go back and add in pictures and formatting along with any ideas I left out the first time. Finally, I go through the entire thing and proofread it.
Again, the key is focus. I like working on my product for 55 minutes non stop, taking a break, working for another 55 min. and so on. I shut off all distractions (cell phone, Facebook, email, etc.) and do not talk to anyone. When you do this enough times, you'll notice yourself entering a state of "flow". You get in the zone and creating your product becomes easy.
If you follow these guidelines, your product should take you no more than a day to create, even if you're the world's slowest writer.
