If you led someone there to sign up for the web hosting affiliate program, you will earn a nice sized commission each and every month that the person uses and owns the website.
To my knowledge I don't think that Clickbank has any recurring affiliate products. Most of their products are one-shot sales, but you can always make up for this lack of backend sales with selling more and more products. Or if you don't want to do more, you could also create your own product, website, and sales page, and sell your own product - and get access to the customer for backend marketing.
