There are 2 techniques that you can use in order to get your Aweber subscriber complaints to 0.

I have been using Aweber for a few months and they emailed me a few times telling me that my complaints numbers are way high and that I should follow their advice on how to bring that down. They even told me that if this continues, my account will be suspended.

I tried a few things and came to a conclusion that 2 things do really work.

At every email that you send out to your list, include at the top of your emails something like this:

You have subscribed to my newsletter. If you did not subscribe or wish to take yourself off my list, you can do so by scrolling down to the bottom of this email and click on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

So this is what I did for all of my emails. Even the ones that are a part of my sequence and go out on complete auto-pilot.

From having 2-5 complaints each time I sent out an email or even per day, it went all the way down to 0.

Now understand that these people knew that I will be sending them emails. I never bought them or shared them from someone else.

They knew who I was. Maybe they have a short memory life span. I told them on the opt in page who I was and where they should expect emails to come from. Even after that, they still complained.

I have one more thing to share with you. You can also lower your subscriber complaints by sending them emails every 2-3 days. I used to send them 1 every day and sometimes, I even sent them 2 emails per day.

So these 2 techniques can lower the number of your complaints.
