If there is one question that I get asked the most about from it's, "How do I get traffic to my website?" Questions like these are reasons why I created my ebook on internet marketing. But if you would really like to know how to get more traffic to your website, then I will tell you how.
Now if all that you do is learn how to get traffic but you don't go and actually implement what I teach you, then you shouldn't even pay attention to what I'm about to reveal. Luckily, you will be pleased to know that there are a ton of ways to get traffic to your website. Here's the first traffic strategy that I would like to share with you:
1) Youtube marketing
Youtube is the number 3 ranked website on the internet in terms of website traffic. How do I know this? Well it's all known from a website called "Alexa". If the name sounds foreign to you, don't worry about it. All you need to worry about is how to use Youtube to get you more sales and profits.
Typically, you will want to make your Youtube videos 3 to 5 minutes long. Anything over that is good - just make sure that it's packed full of good content. Uploading your videos to Youtube is the first thing that you will want to do. Hopefully, if you have a good recording device, your videos can come out with great quality.
I suggest using a camcorder or an on-screen recording device (such as Camstudio) to record your videos. A camcorder will give you the best results in terms of quality, but you will want to work at making the file size of the resulting video smaller. Typically video file formats such as WMV or AVI can get really big. Here's another traffic strategy that you should be using:
2) Forum marketing
This is one of my favorite techniques. What you will want to do is join a forum, and share you expert advice on there. Retain your website information to the signature portion of your posts - where it is acceptable to promote your website at. But if you come across a forum that doesn't even allow for a signature, don't join it. You won't help your website traffic by posting on a forum like this.
Soon enough, you will become a credible figure in your niche. People will look up to you the more posts you make, and you will make alot of friends. Keep marketing your website hard each and everyday using forums, and you can gain a ton of traffic sooner rather than later.
These 2 traffic methods are easy to do, and won't take up alot of your time to implement. If you can keep at it, you'll have success in your online business very quickly.
