If you want to get additional sales in your online business for free, the first place that you will want to look at first is your customer list. Nothing will produce sales for you immediately than a sale from your own customer list. Tell them that it's been months (or in severe cases, YEARS), that you've heard from them, and that it would be nice if they contacted you for some tips and advice. You can send them your email address, and tell them that you're available anytime they have a question and want to ask you something.

You can even make it funny. I once saw a customer reactivation email by this guy named John Carlton that was absolutely hysterical. He started off the email with humor and it didn't end even when you reached the last line of the letter. Emails like this are excellent to create, and are something that you should consider employing in your internet business today.

After you've created the reactivation email, it's time to take action. Send this out to your customers, and wait for the response. Depending on the size of your customer list, it can either take hours to see a response, or even weeks to see a response from the people on your list. Typically the larger your list, the more likely you are to see results immediately.

Contacting and following up on your customers is something that you will definitely want to do if you want to earn the kind of money that you're looking for in your online business. This is why 80% of your total business profits will come from, so it needs to be a very important element in your internet marketing campaign.
