1. Sell sites that have page rank, age or monthly earnings. There is a real demand for websites that offer value to other webmasters. People will pay because your website has page rank (the higher the better), because it's old (and maybe you have worked a lot on it and the site has accumulated loads of articles that others will have to pay hundreds of dollars for) and because it's an automated money maker. These are the three big reasons people buy websites. If you have such assets, you can leverage them quickly for instant paypal cash.
2. Broker services. Buy cheap and sell high. That's always been the basis of a good business. With sites like fiverr nowadays, you can find services that are in demand, buy it for $5 and sell it for $50 or more. Here's couple of examples: logo creation, video creation, press release, custom twitter and facebook graphics.. just to name but a few. Find businesses interested in the services you can broker and start making money fast.
3. Create a product. If you enjoy creating something (either digital or physical), maybe product creation is something you can pursue. Partner with someone that has a list of leads, create a great product, make an irresistible offer and you're bound to see great results quickly.
4. Offer a service. If you're good at SEO, web design, article writing, book writing, marketing in general... offer a service, preferably one where people have a monthly need for such a service. We all need to start somewhere and if the marketing online thing is not working out great for you, at least you have clients willing to pay you for your time. If you get good at obtaining jobs, you can always hire and manage cheaper workers and pocket the difference.
