Ebook Publishing Tips - Little-Known Secrets of Pricing Your Ebooks For Maximum Sales
- ARTICLES |
The pricing of the e-book should always be dependent on the type of information and the amount of information you offer. Let's take an example: If you are writing an e-book on Mastering Digital Photography then you need to focus on three main areas: basics of digital photography, understanding different modes, and advanced digital photography. Now you will need to offer images and illustrations to strengthen the content of the e-book.
If your e-book covers all the three areas in detail with actual photographs and descriptions then you can charge as much as $70-100 for an e-book. But if it is a beginner course type of e-book that just offers a basic insight into digital photography then you can sell it for $25-45. The pricing will always vary with the amount of information you provide within the e-book.
In reality, if you have done your homework well then you can publish an e-book and start selling at least 10 a day. At $25 per e-book, you can earn almost $250 per day and $7500 a month. This is not at all a bad start! The important thing to remember for e-book publishing is that your pricing should be well-balanced and not rip off the consumer.
