You can't ignore your customers and just focus on frontend sales. And online business isn't a 1-time business. You can't just get sales 1-time from initial customers, and then never contact them ever again. This is the fastest way to go broke! If you want to improve your online sales, you will have to start doing backend marketing, because this is where the bulk of your income will lie at.

Start with a simple email, and give them a free offer so that they can respond to you. Then gradually work your way back into their lives, and then begin to offer some of the other products that you have in mind.
