You will want to avoid these kinds of services like the plague. Instead, start from scratch and build the foundation for your website simply and easily.

Some people consider blogging to be a social marketing strategy, but no matter what its classification is, it can certainly bring you good results.
After the creation of your blog, you will want to submit it to the blog directories, and submit your blog's RSS feed to the RSS directories on the internet. You will only have to do this 1 time, and that's it. It's in there forever. This is a great way to get more new blog traffic also. Here's another traffic tip:

There are many press release sites on the internet, but alot of people say that they get good results from the major paid press release site: PRweb. The last time I checked PRweb had a press release distribution service for only $89. Alot of people have reported that they've gotten good results with this service, but personally...
