Are you looking to put music on your page? Do you have a website and are looking for ways to include background music on your site? If so, then good for you! The right kind of music can really improve sales and boost your conversion rates. If you’re making a website for fun and are looking to experiment a little, then you will soon find out that website music or sound can really make all the difference when it comes increasing your sales.

I would know because I’ve personally tested it out myself. I’ve put music on my page in the past and the response was so good that I had to take it down because I didn’t want my competitors to know my secret. But I guess now the cat is out of the bag, so oh well. I don’t use website audio anymore because it really takes up alot of resources on your website.

When you put music on your page, that’s just another element that your website has to download first before displaying your whole website. Even if you’re running streaming audio on your website, there’s something that still has to be downloaded and that can impact your load time. So you will have to weigh out the pros and cons of running streaming audio on your before putting it on there.

If you’re just testing website audio out and are looking to see if it can really increase sales, then you should know that it definitely can. Like I said I’ve tested website audio and it increased my conversion rates through the roof. I had to keep my file size low however because the longer your audio sample, the larger the file size will be, and the longer it will take for your website to load.

Put music on your page today - it will prove to be a worthwhile activity. Not only that, but it’s fun to do also. If you’re an internet marketer and you’re looking to put music on your page, then you should know that getting a little technical is just a part of the job. There will be times where you can’t outsource everything in your business and you will just have to do everything yourself. I’m used to it because I have been doing things so long in my business that I’m just used to it. But being an internet marketer does sometimes call for doing things that you wouldn’t have initially conceived doing.

If you put music on your page, be sure to test whether or not it’s converting for you or not. One thing that you don’t want to do is spend so much time with audio on your site and slowly watch as sales stay the same or just decline. Test for a reasonable time period and if things haven’t picked up, abort the mission. You don’t want to flag a dead horse.

Put music on your page and if it increases sales, then keep it. If it doesn’t, then scrap it. There’s no need to continue promoting something that isn’t working for you. Also when you test, check to see if it bogs down your website’s load speed. Like I said I had to stop running audio on my site because my site took way too long to load because of the audio.

Hopefully you will use these tips to have the kind of website success that you desire. Be sure to keep these tips in mind as you put music on your page.

Good luck with your website audio.
