Selling Items On Craigslist? You Need A Craigslist Template

I have been selling on Craigslist for some time now, ever since the other auction sites started raising their rates. That wasn't for me, and when I found out that Craigslist was free, I was motivated to give it a try. I have been doing well ever since, but only recently did I start to take my Craigslist sales seriously. Here are some of the changes I've made in order to reflect my commitment to improvement.
I realized that if I really wanted to be efficient, I needed software and tools to help me to get my sales work done. I found out that I could get a Craigslist template to help me put my sales together, and I knew I needed more tools like that. I'm not great with the technical stuff, but when someone creates a tool, I can implement it easily. It has already made a difference in my business.
Next, I wanted to make sure that I had a good handle on the competition, so I started looking around to see what I could find. I didn't find much competition for what I was selling, but I did see people selling similar items for cheaper than I was selling my items. That made me start thinking about how I could set myself apart from the crowd by offering bundles of items. I have only done a few bundles so far, but they seem to be popular.
I also realized I had to get a better camera. While my pictures weren't necessarily bad, they were no match for the professional lenses it seemed everyone else was doing. Listings with great pictures seem to sell more often than other listings, and I can only imagine it is because the pictures are more visually appealing.

I took the time to reevaluate the text in my Craigslist template as well. It wasn't as professional as it could be. I was not an expert at copywriting, but I could do a little better to create listings that read like a professional's listings might. I changed a few of my listings, and they seem to have done better after those changes.
Craigslist offers a lot of opportunities to people who want to excel. I plan on continuing to better my listings with my Craigslist template, and I plan on continuing to sell on the site. I am sure that I will only improve as time goes on.
