Affiliate sales for Christmas toys

Something new this year. Selling toys on amazon for affiliate commissions.

Using blogger blogs and a series of social networking sites for each toy pointing back to the sales page. Barbie Fashionistas is the first toy and the first blog I've set up.

I've bought a set of 15 articles one for each toy and I've set up blogs for each. Most, except the Barbie Fashionista blog don't have any posts yet.

My plan is to get a post for each blog by the end of the...

Chitika Update

For those who have read the blog below and are not in the US or Canadian - keep a track on any sites with the Chitika alternative ads on.

Today I checked my sites and noticed that the 'google' ads have not appeared but all I have is Chitika ads on the site, of course, since we do not get paid for anyone clicking outside the US or Canada - I have had to take the Chitika ads off the sites and reinstate the google ads.

I have written to Chitika to complain about the situation....

Holy, Bat wings, batman, how is this possible, well the one thing that is ever present is the idea of change and that change is not always what you want.

In the past you could easily buy back links and get great traffic from the search engines, but these days google has caught on in fact, if you buy links from certain link farms you can count on finding some good traffic for about a month then after that its the sand box and perhaps for ever.
