Interestingly, I did have one customer, who purchased the product, and then right after the auto responder sent the material send an email in red and all caps saying "cancel my program!" 10 minutes later another email came saying "CANCEL MY PROGRAM...I just wanted the trial...I trust you will not charge me again." this again was in red.
