Here's how I did:
I built a relationship over the phone with a complete stranger over the course of the last 3 weeks, speaking about once a week. Anyway I first offered him a price of $3000 for 4 autoresponders at $1200 12 months maintenance.
Then a week later he called me back in regards to pricing and got me down to $2500 + $600 for 12 months maintenance.
He was interested but said he's going to be getting new websites made soon so he can't do it right now. Maybe in a few weeks.
Then 1 week later (today), I desperately need some cash to pay my credit card. So I decided to make him an irresistible offer and offered to do it
for $2000. I was completely upfront and transparent with him and told him that I would do this for TODAY ONLY because I need cash to pay my credit card bill now.
In the end we settled on $1900 and it's in my PayPal account right now!!

A heartfelt congratulations! Your success is a much-needed encouragement. I was beginning to think I'd really messed up, trying to build an on-line income, but seeing how you did it -- well, guess I'll just keep trying, too!Posted 03-25-2009 at 10:57 PM by CDooley
