How's your focus on your projects going so far?
Without a doubt, I can confirm that every entrepreneur, who has had the internal fortitude to leave the 'security of employment' and venture out on their own, is a very driven personality.
You are motivated to the point where you want the effort you put in and the skills and abilities you can bring to a venture to be proportionately rewarded.
Reward in itself is definitely in terms of monetary income. The cashflow to do what you want, when you want and with whomever you want. The income streams that can come month after month, year after year to repay your home loan, the student loan, to pave the way for your kids' education and to provide learning opportunities for them as well as to be able to create wonderful experiences to be shared as a family.
Reward in terms of monetary values also impacts the lives of people around you. Certainly your relatives should you choose, charities you support and more importantly your employees and suppliers and their families.
It's all an interrelated chain of value to which the success of your business is an integral and central part.
How's your focus? In upcoming posts I'll discuss either the individual drive of the entrepreneur and environmental entrepreneurial management.
To your success.
