I did. That was a great idea, having Rich Warren interview Obama and McCain the way he did. I learned a lot. Or, at least, confirmed my suspicions about some of the issues. The format is one I hope to see more of, because it yielded much more insight than a regular debate does. Cuts out most of the aggressiveness and replaces it with straight answers.

We, that is, as a country. Russia is invading and defeating a smaller neighbor, Georgia. We have told the world that we are allies with Georgia, yet all we do is make demands that Russia retreat and send aid to Georgia. Is this going to work? No, it won't work and it sends the wrong message to the world. It makes the USA look weak and uncommitted to helping our allies when they need us.

We can't ignore world events and hope for the best. History will tell you that that never...

Who Are You?

No, I am not really that interested in your name. Though, that is what most people would choose for an answer. Actually, I am asking you to take a moment and think about what kind of person are you. What is your goal each day? Do you think of others and their problems? What is the first thought that crossed your mind each morning when you wake up? That tells me a lot about what kind of person you are.

Are you generous with others when they are in need? Generosity...

If you are in the USA, you know what I mean. Or, hopefully, you know what I mean. You are faced with a choice to make and an important one at that. It is almost time for us to elect our new president. From all indications, we have two guys to choose from.

One is a Viet Nam veteran and a hero if there ever was one. John McCain spent several years in a prisoner of war camp in North Vietnam. Or, what was North Vietnam at the time. McCain has always served for or against issues...

There is a problem when one of us discovers that another member is being cheated or ripped-off. Warriors are not supposed to start battles on the WF.

The fact of the matter is that a rule is a rule and we should always try to respect that. No matter how much we think that we ought to expose the wrong being done. If exceptions are made for any reason, where would it stop? How many people here are mad, and rightfully so, about something someone else did?
