Making a conscious effort to live for the right now moment allows you to think calmly and with clarity. This keeps you free from the stresses of life....With a little effort this is a worthwhile habit to form. The art of mindfulness or living for right now isn't easy but is achievable.
With so many distractions such as fears, frustrations, worry and stress, it is difficult to cope with what is going on around us. However once you become accustomed to your new habit, you will wonder how you ever lived any other way.
These steps will help you to achieve the right now moment thinking...........
1) Meditate. Focus on breathing, releasing your thoughts as you exhale. Meditation is the art of living Right now, accepting things as they are. Blocking out or allowing distractions to wash over you. Practicing these things will help make a quieter mind, which is of the very importance.
2) You cannot change the Past, you must accept that it has been and is Gone. Sooner you accept past situations, you will feel better about yourself. Don't dwell on things you cannot change. It is so much harder to concentrate on the right now moment, when the past is clouding your thinking. Clear your mind. You will be able to face the right now moment without grief or regret.
3) Accept the future with open arms. None of us know what the future holds. Relax and accept what the universe offers, it is going to happen anyway!
4) Be mindful, even the most practical chores should be done with an open mind. Being mindful ensures you pay close attention to what you are doing in the present. Open your senses to what you are doing, you will be overwhelmed with an abundance of positive feelings you didn't realize you were capable of.
5) Get in touch with nature. As the old saying goes "Stop and Smell the Roses". You can go for a walk for just enjoy the fresh outdoors. Always remember you must take the time to Relax. In maintaining a relaxed attitude, you will achieve conscious living if you keep trying.

Don't Give Attention To Failure

Internal defeat is often a mindset, where you begin to believe that most new ideas will fail.
You should always learn from mistakes. You should always see them only as a test, examine the results, and study them closely for the reason why they went wrong. It is better to make mistakes than do nothing at all.
Some of the most successful people I know deal with mistakes as part of a learning curve. They turn all their defeats into learning experiences. This is extremely powerful when you consider the cost of learning anything of value.
All things considered, what did you spend on your education,up to now? Did you think you would stop learning at a certain point in life? Did you learn from your past mistakes? Of course you did, and now you are stronger as a result of corrective measures, you have made.
When a child learns to walk, there are many falls along the way, and then the falling stops. However, even adults have downfalls in life sometimes.
So don’t take past failures personally. Put them behind you and learn from each experience.
Henry Ford and also theWright Bros had failures, but nobody seems to remember that. Just like them, you are not a failure, but you may have failed in the past, just like they did. When you get down on yourself, look back at what you have accomplished.
When you take on your next project, do the research first, assemble a team, make a full commitment to succeed, and never mentally quit before you start.
Lastly, whenever it is possible, learn from the mistakes of others. Find a Mentor and do as they do and save money by avoiding known mistakes, pitfalls, and traps.
