Want true financial freedom? In fact, do you want true freedom, period? Then you need to research and find out what the best work at home businesses are.
I’ll tell you one right now: it’s affiliate marketing. Let me tell you what I find ironic. Anytime you buy a home based business magazine, most of the opportunities touted are either (network marketing) — which, let’s face it, has a serious stigma in society.
Nightmare stories of friends and family avoiding a network marketer are legion. And the other big area of opportunity in these magazines are franchises of one type or another. What’s so ironic about this? Well, if you read these franchise opportunities, they are almost always pitched from a “be your own boss” and “freedom” angle.
What a joke! If you buy into a franchise opportunity, that’s neither a home based business (even if it’s positioned as one), nor will it ever give you freedom. Sure, you may not have a boss. But you’ll become a slave to your business, that’s a fact.
If anyone made a list of the best work at home businesses, and didn’t include affiliate marketing right at the top, they’d be seriously misinformed. Affiliate marketing is one of the only true home based business opportunities — I mean one you can do 100% from home; not 90% or 80%.
Even network marketing requires you to go out and network, so I don’t consider that truly home based, either, despite what anyone says.There’s a reason companies like Amazon and Ebay have affiliate programs. There is a reason it’s a 7+ billion a year industry and one of the few industries still growing rapidly.
Granted, being an affiliate marketer isn’t for everyone. It’s not for people who are scared to find out what their true worth in the marketplace is. What do I mean by that?
I mean all those people who claimed that their bosses underpay them.
Well, in this industry, you get paid exactly what you’re worth because you are paid on performance. If you don’t perform, you don’t get paid. If you perform in a big way, you get big paydays. It’s that simple.
If you have a free spirit, desire true freedom, in every sense of the word, and have an entrepreneurial bent, then consider affiliate marketing.
