One often wonders why teachers have a fear of starting their own business ventures. They almost have an unshakable belief in their teaching jobs as safe heaven. No amount of persuasion convinces teachers that self-owned business in the field of teaching could give them much better incomes as compared to their teacher’s salary. It could be fears of failing a very high fear indeed for teachers after all the word “fail” is a taboo word for teachers and avoided at all costs.
