so what is up with wal mart and amazon?

#1 - Amazon sells an incredible # of shoes
#2 - Amazon sells tons of (Non-green) Food.
#3 - After 14 months - 10% of all book sales come from The KINDLE book reader.
#4 - Jeff’s goal is to put all the books in the world into digital KINDLE format.
#5 - Jeff thinks his long term out-look - 5 to 7 years gives him an edge.
#6 - Jeff says AMAZON is Built around what ALL people do not want. They don’t want expensive, slow delivery, Undependable - service.
#7 - ALL Kindle books are delivered direct to kindle for 9.99 or less. One time fee. Includes storage for all your books.
Jeff think the KEY to his success are:

A - Jeff thinks longer Term than competitors.
B - Jeff Encourages Testing. A Culture of making Mistakes.
C - Jeff Ignores or Expects Criticism as the c ost of being a LEADER.
D - Jeff has learned NEVER to Exactly Duplicate what others do.

so maybe selling kindles is not so bad an idnea
