2009 Goals

As 2008 draws to a close, I reflect on what my goals are for 2009. I can't really look on 2008's goals and see how I did, because I didn't set IM-related goals for myself.
In 2009 I will:
1. Rewrite and repackage a software tool I wrote, and make it available on clickbank.
2. Put 1 product a week on clickbank, so that at the end of 2009, I have 52 info products online, for sale and making me money.
3. Have met the following interim goals [the formulas don't work out perfectly, but neither does life
]
a) By the end of March I will have 12 products for sale, and have reached an average daily income of $75 (about 10 sales per product per month)
b) By the end of June I will have 25 products for sale, and have reached an average daily income of $150 (about 10 sales per product per month)
c) By the end of September I will have 38 products for sale, and have reached an average daily income of $300 (about 14 sales per product per month)
d) By the end of December I will have 52 products for sale, and have reached an average daily income of $500 (about 17 sales per product per month)
5. I will continue to make $200/month in Adsense
6. I will make $250/month in affiliate sales beginning in July
7. I will make $250/month in resale product sales beginning in February
8. I will continue to build my offline client base to reach $1,000/month by April
9. Having met all of the monetary goals above, I will gross just shy of 110K in 2009, and be on target to gross 200K+ in 2010.
Now don't get me wrong. Last month I grossed about $250 from Adsense and 2 copies of my product. So I'm reaching for the stars here. If I can meet these goals, I'll make the same $$ in IM in 2009 that I made at my day job in 2008, without having to travel! I can be with my kids, and do Mom things. I can't wait to see how it pans out. Even a tenth of my projections would make a

Hey Gleb.
Until I start making enough money to have products created from scratch, I'm going to work with PLR products (ebooks, video and audio) that I've had stored on my hard drive forever.
I'm picking (what I think are) viable products, and reworking them as needed. New graphics, new domains, etc.
I don't do much writing myself, so once I switch to custom products, I'll just use a couple of ghostwriters in order to keep my schedule.Posted 12-25-2008 at 05:52 PM by Canada
