"Leaders Are Developed, Not Born"
I wanted to take some time to talk with you about leadership and what it means to me. As I surf the net I find a whole slew of people claiming to be able to help me and solve all my problems. They claim that all I have to do is buy this certain product and then sit back and cash is just going to flow to me automatically.
This is NOT a Leader folks. This is a charlatan and as soon as you buy his product he is going to forget all about you and leave you holding the bag.
When I was in the United States Marine Corps I was constantly told about 3 things...
1. Honor
2. Courage
3. Commitment
I already had a working idea of these three principles but the Marines I developed these tools to a level many people can not comprehend. Fortunately you do not have to grasp on to these tools as deep as I had to.
When you view my 7 day series you instantly can tell that I have given you the information as it truly is. I did not hide anything from you. I put it there in black and white.
In fact, when you visit my website and enter your name and e-mail address this is the first thing you receive from me.
In my opinion that covers the Honor part. I lay it out so you can see exactly what it is I am offering you.
If you have seen my video’s on YouTube (ChadM1120) you can see me. It would be easier for me to get a "respectable" hair cut and put on a nice business suit and start rolling the film. However I have the courage to be myself.
If my appearance is enough for you to tune me out then it is probably better that way. I only want to work with people who are "real". I do not have the time to waste on people who are going to put on a show.
I also have the courage to say and express what I believe to be true. However, I am wrong sometimes and I am not ignorant enough to believe my way is the only way.
That covers courage.
When you first join my team my main goal is to find out what are your goals. After that you are going to get access to an unbelievable amount of information. I will guide you on how you are going to take action.
I want you to make the commitment to yourself. You deserve better than what you have right now.
I posted this on my blog because many people out there only care about themselves and making their journey easier. My problem with that is the consumer ends up being left out to dry. As soon as the sale is made the sponsor is gone.
That’s not the way I operate my business. I feel more rewarded when my students begin to make serious progress.
Maybe Home Businesses would be better looked upon if we took the responsibility of training our new members.
