Today's Adventures - New Experience

Today I have decided to try something new in my marketing. Although I like the marketing videos that we are used to seeing from either Animoto or the "Offline" niche or even when we go in to film the customer, that is not quite my style. I think anything can be effective enough if you think that it is going to be effective.
In any case, in trying to secure an SEO Client, I told him that I would do a video for him. He is a painter here in Harrisburg PA and his video is doing quite nicely so far. That is not the point of the post. The point of the post is that I have decided to be true to myself and use my radio show (which I have a love-hate relationship with) as leverage.
I am not a known commodity in the Harrisburg Area, but I intend to become one by hustle. In other words, even though it does not pay in term of monetization; I do well by trying to be consistent and put it on the map.
One way the show CAN be monetized is to do commercials on Youtube. You can see my commercial here for the Harrisburg painter that I am trying to win over. This is not everyone's cup of tea, but to me it is truer than doing voiceovers or Animoto. I have nothing against the two, but they dont ring true coming from me. That is not even to say that they are ineffective because indeed they are.
In any case, would love to know your thoughts.
