I've been making 100% of my income in Direct Response Sales, Marketing, Internet Marketing, and Consulting for over 25 years. And there are scores of so-called Rules of Sales and Marketing, depending on whom you believe.

The 3 most important of all of the Internet Marketing Rules:


* Always tell the Whole Truth –

If the truth won't sell it, then market something you can believe in. Know whom you see and what you really stand for... when you look in your mirror ... because Marketing and Internet Marketing work the same ways.


* Always deliver more than your Customer/Client expects –

"Under-sell" and "over-deliver." There are still too many rape-and-run scammers selling stuff that doesn't work and they won't support because their goal is not to create long-term Clients or Customers ... their true goal is to quickly create bank deposit tickets and then move on before the chargebacks get too large ...


* Always cheerfully offer a refund –

If twenty, fifty, or five hundred bucks means the difference in your integrity (or the lack thereof) you're not a marketer, you're a snake-oil salesman. When you start ripping people off, the news travels across the Net faster than free thousand dollar bills. If you ever want to see the truest sense of viral marketing on steroids - just rip off a few people.

These three reasons are one big reason why the Big Players all work together, and the little guys and gals cannot get into their group, or understand why they're being excluded. The real players understand that Marketing and Internet Marketing work the very same ways.

If your only goal is to make money, you're in trouble before you ever begin because your focus is 100% wrong. Then you're not a marketer. You're just greedy and selfish.

You're after self-enrichment and self-aggrandizement, not building great relationships and a long-term business. Go buy yourself a CD of "opt-ins' and hook up with an open relay somewhere ...

Many of the Big Players in First Contact Secrets tell you how important intangibles like your word, manners, reliability, and truthfulness are to them. So if you cannot manage to inject a high level of character and integrity into your marketing - you're done before you begin.

The real players understand that Marketing and Internet Marketing work the very same ways. If you burn 'regular' people in your deals, the word gets around very fast. But - burn the Big Players - and they'll make you their hobby.

Trust me when I tell you that they have the connections and the networks to make it happen fast, too. Wouldn't you really rather employ these amazing connections and networks to your benefit - not detriment?
