You will be forced to do a very long and laboriously slow TOTAL rewrite. These articles sound like they were written by a non-native teenager, and probably were.

Aim higher and be willing to pay a little more for your PLR. The going rate is around $10 per article which is a great deal you are getting for entry into a niche.

There are SO many ways to use PLR. Here are just some of them:

(1) Post to article directories for search engine quality traffic to your sites.
(2) Post to your blog.
(3) Post on your content sites.
(4) Set and forget: load up your autoresponder with follow-ups.
(5) Use to create an ebook or report - as a full product or a bonus.
(6) Create a Youtube video using the article as a basis.
(7) Use to create Squidoo lenses, Hubpage hubs etc. to drive traffic to your sites.
