What kind of hosting--my search

To the rest of the newbie marketing community, my greeting this Sunday morning!
So what is the other goal this holiday weekend? Figuring out the difference between reseller hosting and seo hosting is becoming a job in itself. Of course cost makes a difference but the need for bandwidth and service are at the top of the list. And what is SEO hosting and why would I use it in place of other types if hosting?
Anyhow that's where the process is today but still working on new sites which is becoming quite a kick.
