1. Create a plan/mindmap for your topic.
This is the first thing that you should do. Create a main topic and list down the sub topics you are going to discuss.
Use a mindmap to create a blueprint of the product. There are a lot of free mindmap tools online but I recommend http://www.bubbl.us - here's an example of a mindmap for a traffic generation product.
2. Record a Video Discussing the mindmap
When you're done with the mindmap, create a video discussing the mindmap you created. Camtasia is the best tool to do this but if you can't afford the price you can use this as an alternative: http://www.camstudio.org/
Record a video of you discussing the mind map.
Now you'll have a product in less than 24 hours. The next thing to do is to increase the value of the product by adding in a guide.
3. Transcribe The Video Recording
Play the video you recorded and type it (transcribe it). You can use open office, it's the most hassle free PDF creator available and it's free. You can download it here.
