If you want to make money online the more income streams the better

When you start your own online business it is important to establish your own income streams as soon as possible. The way the formula works in internet marketing is that you find a worthwhile product to promote and then you cash in the rewards. But once you reach this point you then need to find lots of other income streams that will build your brand at a steady rate and put lots of notes in your wallet.
When people start out with their make money online income streams they just want to see the six figure sums and don't think about the smaller figures. If I was given the choice I would much rather have ten income streams worth $50 a month each rather than one with a monthly value of $500.
The reason for this is that every now and again an income stream will go out of date, the profits might fall or someone could completely copy your work and corner the market. If this happens to you and you just have one income stream your wage could very easily be in serious trouble.

I was an eBay Powerseller at the time and all my income came from selling numerous things on eBay. I sold everything from diet ebooks through to DVD Boxsets. Then one day out of the blue I became the victim of phlishing through my eBay registered email address and had fallen for a fake eBay email just like many others have done before and since. As a result a couple of days later without any warning someone had posted a listing on the eBay USA website selling an expensive car for $100 and it wouldn't let me remove it.
I contacted eBay about it and they told me that they would have to suspend my account immediately whilst they sorted it out for me. Which would mean that all my listings would stop and my income would be cut off at the source straight away. In the end eBay did sort out the problem for me but it took them nearly a week to do so and I was left for a whole week without an income to fall back on which really worried with me.
From this moment on I realised that I could never again soley rely on eBay for my income and it was at this point in the spring of 2005 that I decided that I must build lots of income streams rather than having just one big one. Whenever an income stream heads in my direction I will grab hold of it with both hands and milk it for all its worth. I have income streams that make me $25 a month along with ones that are on a larger scale that earn me a six figure salary and they are all important to me.
If I was starting out online in internet marketing I would build one medium to large income stream to begin with like I did with eBay then I would look for smaller ones to compliment it. When I have finished one I will swiftly move on to the next and the next and the next. Then if I lose a couple of them it wont make any real difference to my income and I will have full peace of mind.
If you are making money online but not making enough money expand your business with lots of new income streams. Even if it means something simple like adding article writing to your income generation plans. The idea is that you just go and do it then watch your business grow from a brand new angle.
Just remember if you want to make money online the more income streams the better.
