Will they actually buy anything from you?

The truth is, you simply cannot get a ton of traffic really fast for free. Getting free traffic takes time and you need to work at it and build up your content and backlinks for the long term.
The best thing you can do is plan for the long term and add good quality content that people love to read.
Remember, you are not aiming for just any type of traffic. You are aiming for good quality targeted traffic.
This type of traffic is traffic that is interested in what you are selling and is likely to purchase or convert to what ever you are trying to achieve.
