What sort of results can you expect from a site like this?
Well, firstly, be careful who you sign up for and what you are directing the traffic to. For example, this type of traffic is not allowed with Adsense.
A lot of these Paid To Click websites are websites that have many members who are getting paid to click websites. It is as simple as that. These members log into the site and in their account there are many links that they can click on. These links are advertisers sites, and the member must click the link and view the website for 30 seconds.
This is real human traffic viewing your website. But, how effective is it? It is not effective whatsoever. This is like trying to convince an Eskimo that he needs ice. Absolutely ridiculous.
