Porn Sells Period....
Its a competitive market, niche's need to be found like anywhere else online these days.
I recently joined a adult content network which gives you a customizable site set up for monetization. Many paid membership sites, a sex store, a dating site etc... for a low monthly fee. I thought ill try it for few months live and learn. The breakdown you get commission on all signups to paid sites, sex store sales, dating site and cam site sign ups. The program has a referral option which gets you recurring income 50% on membership fee and 10% of the signups commissions. Not bad system, some dislike tier systems too mlm like, I like that part best. Made my first referral after 15 days from a forum post. If that referral stays in program my membership fee is almost nothing. 1 More referral and i need a cheque :-). It never amazes me how the first sale on a site makes you feel.
In adult industry you need to be creative and find little used ways to promote. Adsense brings daily traffic but no conversions, paid traffic usually has no quality just good for site ranking. Organic traffic, well you need to find a niche for that and the porn world is oversaturated, good thing is site comes with a blog and thats how you can get that organic traffic. There is also mobilizing it to get that 7-10% of internet users who surf on phones, porn is there too but very new and its a ripe market in .mobi for porn only a few players and not that good at off mobi seo in my opinion. My focus is purely on referring new people to program i like creating residual income. Anyone interested in learning more ill put link at bottom of page.
Owning your own business is rewarding, no one is too blame but yourself. Is porn a profitable industry, yes for some and no for others. Like any online venture, you have to put your all into it and believe in what your selling. Would you buy the product? Would you recommend product to a friend? Does it add value? etc.. For me the answer to these questions is yes. I want to build a name of trust and value adding.
