In Part one of "Local Portal" we talked about the benefit, for the purposes of SEO and your Local Portal to qualify your listings with a city or county name.
In some instances even the City and County names along with the main Key Words still have a lot of competition.
In that case you should use another qualifier.
In the examples above we are using the word best. After all people want the "best" when it comes to services for their homes.
When using extra qualifiers you must be careful. Try to use ones that people will actually be using.
In our example of carpet cleaning, people will be looking for the "BEST," and may use that. However it is unlikely that searches will be made for "greatest," "biggest," or "most popular." Of course there are many searches for other items that will use these and other qualifiers.
