This constantly changes according to the world of the internet.
The reason most people give up is because they were either burned by some person promising the world and lots of cash or the fear of what they have heard.
Let me give you the benefit of my experiences.
Approach your prospect as a person not another number added to your list.
Treat with them respect and use the soft sell technique to find if they are interested.
Let them know that you are there for them with questions and many answers only you can give them.
Make that known only you know their answers ,this will inspire them and make them feel like you are a expert in this field.
Don't worry about the questions,do you research and fill your mind with all the info you can find,take notes and learn everything you can.
Armed with this knowledge you now have what it takes to recruit anybody into anything.
