My vision

My vision is to create a job board website similar to Monster.com, dice.com, or careerbuilder.com that is specifically geared towards professionals in web design, software development, and database administration. I learned a lot of great things in recruiting that I want to apply towards this, because the hiring system in most companies is very flawed, and what is currently available in job boards can be improved on IMMENSELY within this niche. I came up with a name, and I'v got the first version of the website being worked on right now at LogicBench.com by a guy Iv hired from rentacoder that is charging reasonable rates and is getting things done.

The site itself may not be up and running for at least another mont or more, and even when it IS up, it needs 2 types of people to populate it: candidates and employers
