Search Engine Love
If you’re looking for a little Search Engine Love you’ve got to look in all the right places. Here’s one more place that you might consider adding to your list.
The Google +1 (Plusone) button has been popping up on websites everywhere and the purpose, according to Google, is to “let people who love your content recommend it on Google Search.” Wouldn’t you like to make it easy for people who love your content to let others everywhere know about it?
You can place the Google +1 button on your website, on your pages and on your posts. It’s free and easy to do and it is one more way to help promote your home business opportunities and build your Internet Marketing brand.
Once the button is installed on your site, page or post, in order for people to give you a +1 they do have to have a Google account: a Gmail account or Google Analytics account will do.
If a visitor already has an account and they are logged in, then giving a +1 takes only a click of the button and it’s done. If they have an account, but are not logged in, a log in prompt will pop up. Once they log in, the +1 is done! They will remain on your site and will continue their visit.
If the visitor does not have an account, they will be prompted to open one. It is entirely their choice. If they click "no" the prompt instantly disappears and they will continue their visit on your site.
