New IPTV/VoIP Company seeking J/V with Established Successful Internet Marketeer

I am currently working with a IPTV/VoIP partner provider out of the U.S. offering IPTV services (U.S. Cable TV subscription) to the U.S. Military worldwide through my site www.Habu.TV. I'm going to cut to the chase here...don't want to bore you with the "I love me" story...most of you are very established and accomplished in the Internet marketing business...and that is the reason that I am here. I am looking for a serious J/V business partner who is already very successful in other Internet marketing ventures to help us build a Internet business model (matrix) for our current IPTV/VoIP products...but also our other projects as well that I will discuss with at a later time.
Due to the overwhelming requests from our Customers for a "Referral Program", I want to be able to offer a "business side" choice to potential Customers who are interested in making money as well as watching their U.S. TV anywhere they are by working at home and referring Customers...they can not only watch their TV for free...but make money too.
Only serious inquiries from well-known and well-funded sources need reply...I am not looking for someone who has about the same knowledge and resources as me...I am looking for an accomplished well-known partner who has a c/v of successful launches for me to refer and compare to.
